So cool to learn about your grandma. Also car office™️ is my new favorite thing. Also, Ollie also went through a Tesla counting phase and thank god it passed. lol.

I feel like the whole line drawing advice was less "do it more to get good" and more "don't over think it and just do it". Also: Wisconsin represent!

I love reading your Substack, especially when you write about your grandma. She did some knock out work. You have a lot of her treasures to pass down to your son.

I love everything about this; the car talk, the magic of (personal) space and (self-imposed) restraints, but most of all ... meeting your Grandma. Such talent! And as a kid of the 70s-80s, I would so enjoy seeing more of her work! Thanks for sharing.

I love my Fit! Gutted they don’t make them anymore. My husband will periodically say something about trading it in for a CRV or giving it to my son and I’m like they don’t make these anymore! Imma drive her until she straight dies! 😄

2007 Honda Fit owner here. Our’s is red but the metal panels have faded so we named them “Pinkie”. Also learning by doing is the only way I know how. Your grandma was super rad.
